I saw a cute ribbon fish on a greeting card this morning while browsing on Pinterest. I had thin orange ribbon on hand and made one to see what it would look like as a hair clip. I covered the clippy with blue ribbon.
To hide the clip and add even more color, I added waves.
Fish do need water after all:)
